01Who this covers

This policy applies to nesmatrix.com, our product subdomains (for example crm.nesmatrix.com and workspace.nesmatrix.com), and any sales or support conversations you have with us.

When you use a NESMATRIX product to manage your own customers, members, or records, you are the controller of that data and we process it on your behalf under our customer agreement — section 7 of the Terms covers that relationship.

02Information we collect

We collect only what we need to run the service and improve it:

• Account details — your name, work email, organisation, and role when you sign up or request a demo.
• Content you send us — messages from the contact form, support requests, and anything you choose to share.
• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, and basic diagnostics that help us find and fix problems.
• Device and connection data — IP address, browser type, and similar technical details collected automatically.
• Billing details — handled by our payment processor; we store the plan and invoice history, not full card numbers.

03How we use it

We use the information above to:

• Provide, secure, and maintain the products you use.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Send service messages — for example billing, security, and important changes.
• Understand how features are used so we can improve them.
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
